The process time may vary from patient to patient. It will depend on how long a qualifying patient takes to complete and submit all required other documents and the application form.
Once all paperwork has been submitted, the department will review the completed application within 30 days upon receipt. Issuance of registry cards shall be within 15 days upon approval.
